Intake Specialist

Tasks Required:
- Communicate with prospective clients by phone, email and text.
- Qualify leads and guide potential clients through intake process.
- Promote benefits of retaining firm.
- Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional support.
- Maintain client records and follow up communications.
- Meet and exceed performance and client acquisition goals.
Requirements:
- Previous Virtual Assistant experience in USA/EST time zone.
- Previous sales experience.
- Must be articulately fluent in spoken and written English.
- Prior law firm or legal experience is a plus.
- Experience using intake software.
- Ability to maintain positivity and empathy.
- Proven work experience in customer/client relations/sales.
- Working knowledge of relevant programs, i.e., Microsoft, Ring Central, etc.
- Ability and desire to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-disciplined/organized.
- Ability to consistently produce quality work with limited supervision.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Reliable high speed internet connection.
- Reliable electricity and quiet workspace.
